Reviews
Delicious food, great service. The beignets and sauces that came with them were a perfect starter for our brunch. They were also accommodating to the changes I wanted to make to the meal I ordered. Would for sure come back!
Impossibly slow. I've been here an hour waiting for brunch and just now the food is arriving. The tables next to us arrived after us and have were served long before us.
The service is amateurish at best; I had to wait half an hour for a coffee refill, silverware was taken and replaced like it was dropped on the table from a bucket.
The water served is really foul tasting, like it came from the sink where dishes are washed. The coffee is made with the same water and is also not very good.
Thr dining room is all hard surfaces and as a result, with a full house, it is deafening. Conversation is all but impossible unless you're into yelling and repeating yourself endlessly.
The bathrooms are most unpleasant.
The food was tasty, but given the sloppy service, slow delivery and unpleasant atmosphere I would not recommend visiting. I shouldn't have enough time to write a review this long while I wait to eat.
Acorn is a foodie find in Pittsburgh!
The food's pretty basic. They were really busy for Saturday brunch, so the service was slow. Some of our food came out cold. I wouldn't rush to try it or go back.
Absolutely delicious! One of the best salmon dishes I've ever had, and the lavender-gin cocktail and dessert beignets were great as well.
Excellent service, and atmosphere! Food was a bit too salty. Somewhat limited menu.
Great food. Service was friendly, but they were a bit understaffed.
The linguine with clam sauce was very tasty, but the pasta was thick and doughy. Calamari was decent. Cauliflower was amazing! Carrot cake was beautiful and surprising! Beignets were stunning! Why a 3, you ask? Stomach issues with the person that ordered calamari.
